Shipping Area: We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that all orders are dispatched directly from our central United Kingdom (UK) warehouse.

Customs & Import Fees: Even though your items are shipped from our UK warehouse, we ship all US orders on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Return and Refund Policy

Return Window: We offer a 60-day return policy. You can return your item within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn/unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:

For defective or incorrect products: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs (Free returns). Our support team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
For customer remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size, didn't fit): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The return must be shipped to our official address in the United States listed below. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return request is approved, our support team will email you the detailed return instructions and the official return authorization form.
